Government Authority located in Florida; USA looking for expert vendor for Language Interpretation Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Foreign Language Interpretation Services for customers who has difficulty in understanding and hearing the English language for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for five (5) years, and vendor should provide these services for around 200 hours per year.
(3) RFP is 100% set aside for total small business.
(4) Vendor must provide interpretation of languages:
- Bulgarian, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese/Yue), Creole, French (Haitian and Parisian), German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese
(5) Vendor may provide interpretation of languages:
- Arabic, Bengali, Catalan, Croatian-Bosnian-Serbian, Finnish, Hindi-Urdu, Japanese, Javanese, Korean, Malay-Indonesian, Marathi, Norwegian, Pashto, Polish, Punjabi, Russian, Swedish, Tamil, Telegu, Thai, Tibetan, Turkish, Vietnamese, Wu (Shanghainese), etc
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite or Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their or our office location.
