Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA looking for expert vendor for Medical Transcription services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Medical Transcription services of medical reports, in prescribed formats for government authority.
(2) Vendor must retain the capability to receive dictation via 1-800 toll free lines, 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
(3) Vendor should have a least 12 phone lines with capability to increase the number of lines if and when the services increase.
(4) Vendor should also have the capability of E-mailing documents back to the dictating party, in addition to sending back the transcribed a disc with a hard copy if required.
(5) There is a around 18 reports per week with an average count of 317 lines per report.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
