[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Document Scanning and Microfilm Services for government authority.
(2) Vendor must provide scanned images of books and prints convert to microfilm or CD-ROM format.
(3) Vendor must provide document scanning, which includes image enhancement, image inspection, labelling of original and duplicate CD’s.
(4) Vendor should provide data entry for indexing of labels, conversion of microfilm to CD, conversion of CD to microfilm.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our office location.
