[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to produce microfilm and examination of indexes and inspection of records for government authority.
(2) Vendor should microfilm around 80,000 to 100,000 documents per year from scanned images with the images appearing on the film.
(3) Vendor should also provide indexing and inspection services for around 14,000 documents.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our office location.
