Government Authority located in Illinois; USA looking for expert vendor for Call Center Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Call Center Services for government authority.
(2) This RFP include business owned and controlled by minorities, females and persons with disabilities subcontracting.
(3) Initial Contract period shall beginning with the contract execution and ending on June 30, 2014 and it may extend for two additional one year periods.
(4) Vendor should furnish, install, maintain and support a call center compliant, and all required call center services.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
